- What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order is AUD $250
- How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping charge depends upon the weight and destination of goods sent. Customers will be charged accordingly from our courier fastway or Australia POST.
There is no surcharge or handling fee.
- Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order if it has not been shipped.
- Can I pick up from the warehouse?
Yes, please make an appointment with us before you come.
- How long will it take to receive my order
It depends on the shipping address
- Can I become an account customer?
Usually we only have pro-forma customers, we don’t accept account customers. If your annual order amount is over $8000 or you can order once per two weeks regularly, please contact our sales team to apply to be our account customer.
- Promotion policy
The promotion benefits only apply to the orders placed and paid during the promotion period.
All promotions expire at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on date specified.
Expired promotions will not apply to any new orders.
New promotions cannot be applied to past orders. (Past orders if not yet processed, can be cancelled and customers need to place a new order within the promotion period for full promotional benefit.)

Yes, orders can be made by phone, or email. NO FAX.
