Discount Rates

  • 3% discount for orders over $1,500

  • 5% discount for orders over $3,000


Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • Direct debit

  • Credit card (no surcharge — credit card preferred)

Claims & Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order via phone or email.

  • Missing items: We will resend the item or issue a credit.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Please return the item to our office. We will replace the item and refund your postage cost via direct debit.

No refunds will be issued for non-faulty products (except for new customer first orders — see below).

Processed orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


New Customer First Order – 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day non-conditional return policy for first-time customers.

If you are not fully satisfied with your first order, you may return part or all of the order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Products must be unworn and in original condition.

This policy applies to first orders only.


Shipping & Freight

We currently ship via Australia Post and Direct Freight, depending on your selected delivery method.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Estimated weight

  • Delivery address

  • Delivery method (regular or express)

  • Selected courier

We always aim to make freight charges as accurate as possible. However, due to weight or courier adjustments, there may occasionally be a difference between the estimated freight at checkout and the final actual freight cost.

If there is a difference:

  • We will refund any overpaid freight, or

  • Contact you via phone or email if additional payment is required

Please note:

  • We do not charge any handling fees, service fees, or surcharges.

  • You only pay the actual freight charged by the courier.

  • Our courier rates are discounted and passed directly on to our customers.


Promotion Restrictions

  • Promotions apply only to orders placed and paid in full during the promotion period.

  • All promotions expire at 11:59 PM (EST) on the specified date.

  • Expired promotions cannot be applied to new orders.

  • Promotions cannot be applied to past orders. If an order has not yet been processed, it may be cancelled and reordered within the promotion period to receive full promotional benefits.
